Scope

A review examines a limited customer-supplied, redacted sample and identifies records that may deserve further checking. The exact scope is confirmed before any file is transferred.

No guarantee of recovery

A flagged item is not necessarily an incorrect charge or an amount owed. Contract terms, tax treatment, timing and incomplete records may explain a difference. LodgeRoot does not guarantee a refund, saving or recovery.

Customer responsibilities

You must be authorised to use the supplied records, follow the redaction instructions, exclude guest and payment data, and independently confirm findings before taking financial action. Never provide passwords or unrestricted account access.
